WEBMar 19, 2021 · Adding water a little at a time in grinder – I personally find it best to not add all the water before starting to grind. For instance, if I have to add 2 cups of water to grind the dal, then I add ½ cup water to wet the grinder, then 1 cup with the soaked dal, grind for 5 minutes, and then add the final ½ cup at this point.
