WEBI've had very good luck with the Modulus Arms jig and have done forged aluminum lowers and polymer lowers from Polymer80 and EP Armory. Edit: One more thing. The Modulus Arms jig allows you to finish a lower with a hand drill and router (no drill press). I find this works great for polymers. Easy and quick once you figure out the system.

WEBMar 11, 2014 · All that pops up when I search for one is the magpul BAD lever and the phase 5 lever. The tooth that ches the magazine follower needs to be longer in order to work. Any help is appreciated. I am doing a 80% lower build at the moment and the mil spec bolt ch I installed correctly is not ching on the follower in the magazine.

WEBJust cut it off flush with the lower and it should run. Not sure if it's any help to you but just did an ep armory polymer 80% lower this weekend. They provide a separate ejector you have to epoxy in. I was looking it it looks like they make you epoxy the extractor not the ejector. I think it would be different.
